Brett and Robert love to take a new show on the road. The title of this one comes from the beautiful Billy Joel song of the same name. It is just one of the many emotionally stirring highlights of this programme full of classic music theatre hits from this and the last century, along with individual songs that we love, like Cole Porter’s “Begin the Beguine” and “Miss Otis Regrets”. From the witty ditties by Noel Coward to the grand Soliloquy from the musical Carousel, with contemporary music theatre hits from shows such as Sondheim’s “Company” and "Sweeney Todd”, all will be delivered with the grand sophistication of Brett’s internationally renowned vocal and interpretive skills.

Brett Polegato's artistic sensibility has earned him the highest praise from audiences and critics: ‘his is a serious and seductive voice' says The Globe and Mail, and The New York Times has praised him for his ‘burnished, well-focused voice' which he uses with ‘considerable intelligence and nuance.' He appears regularly on the world's most distinguished stages including those of Lincoln Center, La Scala, the Concertgebouw, the Opéra National de Paris, Glyndebourne Festival Opera, the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Houston Grand Opera, the Teatro Real, Roy Thomson Hall, the Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall.
